After signing up, we'll provide you with access to our project management system. Whenever you have a task or project to assign, simply add it to the system, and your project manager will be notified.
To maintain efficiency, it's best to populate the task queue with several tasks, allowing us to move on to the next one if we complete or encounter a hold-up with a current task, ensuring no time is lost.
Can I place as many requests as I want?
Absolutely, once subscribed, you're welcome to add as many requests to your queue as desired, and we'll work through them one at a time.
How do I communicate with my project manager?
Your requests are organized in our project management system, where you can directly interact with your project manager on the request cards, keeping all communications centralized.
Is there any kind of work you don't cover?
We are focused on web design and interface development. We don't cover print design, packaging, 3D modeling, or video editing.
How do you define a 'Request'?
'Request' covers any type of work you'd like us to perform for you, ranging from simple technical tweaks to extensive website overhauls. For bigger projects, we divide them into smaller, more manageable tasks to guarantee efficiency and transparency.
How long does it take to complete a task?
Most tasks are usually completed within 48 hours or less. Complex tasks might need more time.
How does the option to pause my subscription work?
You might not always have a full month's worth of requests. In cases where you have only a couple of them, pausing your subscription is a practical solution.
Billing periods span 31 days. If you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days before pausing, your billing cycle freezes, leaving you with 10 days of service to use whenever you choose in the future.
What if I don't like the work delivered?
Not a problem! We'll continue iterating until you're 100% satisfied.
